The Tax Collector (tt8461224), David and Creeper are two men who work as enforcers for a crime lord named Wizard, collecting taxes for him. Wizard collects his share from the small gangs in the area he controls. However, Wizard's old rival returns from Mexico to Los Angeles, turning everything upside down. From that point on, David's sole purpose is to protect his family, which is of great importance to him.
