Run with the Hunted, Oscar, a young boy, is forced to flee his hometown after killing his best friend Loux's father in order to protect her. In the process, Oscar loses his innocence as he becomes familiar with love, guilt, and corruption. After 15 years, Oscar, leaving his past behind, becomes the leader of a group of lost children. Loux, who moves to a different city for a better life, finds a job working for a private detective. When she comes across a missing child report that matches Oscar's description, Loux decides to find the child who once saved her life.
